I conduct seminars and workshops focusing on enhancing personal and professional relationships, mental and emotional well being, and psycho education.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
I also provide leadership development in group settings or individual private sessions. These sessions assist participants in learning how to be the change in order to effect change. Participants spend significant time engaging introspectively to garner a continued awareness of self. We then facilitate that awareness toward one’s motivation and approach to leading others.
MINISTRY/CHURCH CONSULTING
I work with churches as a mental health expert. I offer assistance with program and ministry development, needs assessments, leadership development and training. I have over 16 years experience counseling and consulting in church settings. This experience has given me a unique perspective on counseling and consulting with churches in areas of mental health ministry and organizational effectiveness.
